How To Use:
इस्तेमाल केलिए निर्देश:

Step 1) Take 1 tbsp (10g approx) of Bright Star Meat Tenderizer for 1kg Chicken & 1.5 tbsp (15g approx) for 1kg Mutton, Beef etc respectively or as desired.
1 किलो चिकन के लिए 1 बड़ा चम्मच (लगभग 10 ग्राम) ब्राइट स्टार मीट टेंडराइज़र और 1 किलो मटन, बीफ आदि के लिए 1.5 बड़ा चम्मच (लगभग 15 ग्राम) क्रमशः या इच्छानुसार लें। 

Step 2) Moisten the surface of the meat & gently sprinkle it over.
मांस की सतह को गीला करें और उस पर धीरे से छिड़कें।
 
Step 3) Pierce the surface of the meat with a fork for deep tenderizing.
Set aside for 30 mins approx.
Meat is ready for cooking as per recipe. Enjoy tender & flavourful meat.
अंदर तक पकने के लिए मांस की सतह को कांटे से छेदें। लगभग 30 मिनट के लिए अलग रख दें। रेसिपी के अनुसार मांस पकाने के लिए तैयार है. कोमल और स्वादिष्ट मांस का आनंद लें।
